Disc Spring Washer are used in bolting scenarios to provide continuous preload using axial elastic deformation to prevent loosening due to vibration or temperature differences. Preferably made of chrome vanadium steel or stainless steel for high temperature conditions, the convex surface fits the nut during installation to form a dynamic compensation, and is regularly checked for flattening deformation or cracks, complementing the static function of the flat washer to disperse pressure.
