Product Description

 

Nylon Self Lock Nut prevent loosening by friction. Ensure bolt and nut threads are clean and undamaged before installation. Manually screw in until the nylon ring contacts the bolt, then use a wrench to turn 60°-90° (or according to standard torque values) to complete the pre-tightening. Avoid over-tightening which may result in nylon ring failure. The recommended number of reuse is no more than 3 times. Applicable temperature range -40ºC to +120ºC, high temperature or severe vibration environment need to be checked regularly. No lubricant should be applied to avoid reducing the anti-loosening performance. Suitable for machinery, automobiles and other scenes that require anti-vibration loosening.
