Hexagon Socket Head Bolts are widely used in machinery, furniture and precision equipment connections due to the design of hexagonal holes embedded in the head. Before use, check the integrity of the threads and the corners of the holes for wear to avoid wrench slippage. When installing, use the matching hexagonal wrench (such as ISO standard), according to the material (stainless steel/carbon steel) to apply the corresponding torque (usually 8-10N-m for M6 bolts), overloading is strictly prohibited resulting in thread stripping. Long-term vibration environment needs to be matched with thread adhesive or elastic pads to prevent loosening, wet scenes are recommended to use A4 stainless steel and apply antirust grease. If you find hole rounding, bolt neck cracks or thread deformation, it must be replaced immediately. Regularly check the corrosion of hidden parts with endoscope to ensure structural stability. |
