Conical Spring Lock Washer are used for high-frequency vibration bolting, the tapered surface is pressurized to generate radial tension to strengthen the self-locking, suitable for stainless steel or alloy steel to resist high-temperature corrosion. Convex side of the installation towards the nut side, elastic compensation for pre-tensioning force attenuation, regular inspection of conical plastic deformation or cracks, and flat washers dispersed static load function complementary to protect the reliability of the fastening of extreme working conditions.
